Booking & Payment
Bookings can be made online, via phone or email. Bookings are confirmed once acknowledged by Whistler Executive Transportation (WET) and email confirmation has been sent.
WET reserves the right to make changes to travel itineraries or cancel any trip, at any time prior to departure if something beyond the control of WET deems it necessary; including natural disasters, weather or other external events.
WET attempts to keep content of this site accurate, however does not warrant that information is always complete, current, or error-free. All published rates are subject to change without notice. Rates are confirmed once reservation has been acknowledged. All prices are billed in local currency CAD dollars.
Payment is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express.
Gratuities are NOT included in your booking unless specifically stated as a line item on your invoice / confirmation. In Canada a tip of 15-20% is customary. Please do consider tipping your driver or guide 15-20% for excellent service!
Cancellation and No Show
At Whistler Executive Transportation (WET) we are aware that travel plans change and it is not always in your own power. As a small family-owned business we pride ourselves to be customer oriented and do our best to be flexible with changes. We do not charge any cancellation or service fee for any changes or cancellations made greater than 48 hours in advance of the scheduled transfer or tour.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the transfer or tour are subject to a 100% charge. We try our best to reschedule your transfer/tour at no or little extra charge, or offer you a (partial) refund, if we are able to replace your booking on such short notice, but note that there is no guarantee that we are able to accommodate your requests.
No refund will be provided for a “no show”.
Delay and Damage Charges
We are committed to ensure all transfers arrive upon the agreed time. Whistler Executive Transportation (WET) is not responsible for any delays caused beyond its control, such as airline schedule changes, lost luggage, immigration, weather, road closures, or traffic conditions (the list is not exhaustive).
Delays/Waiting will be charged at the hourly rate for that vehicle.
Damage/Spills/Stains will be charged repair or cleaning costs.
Transportation of Passengers and Goods
Smoking, alcohol consumption and drug use is prohibited in any of our vehicles. Whistler Executive Transportation (WET) reserves the right (and delegates to its drivers the right) to refuse to carry any person who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs and/or whose behavior is considered to pose a threat to the driver, the vehicle or the other passenger(s).
Passengers and drivers in British Columbia are required to properly wear a seat belt. Each unrestrained occupant risks being faced with a violation ticket. Whistler Executive Transportation (WET) and its drivers cannot be held responsible for passengers neglect.
To ensure young passengers are properly restrained we provide child car seats upon request at no extra charge. It is the customer’s responsibility to inform Whistler Executive Transportation (WET) about any children travelling and provide information about age, height and weight.
Each passenger is allowed one standard-size bag (50lbs / 23kg) and one carry-on item plus ski/snowboard equipment. Additional and oversized baggage is subject to space. Please contact Whistler Executive Transportation (WET) if you travel with additional luggage or large and bulky items to discuss which vehicle size is appropriate for your group.
Whistler Executive Transportation (WET) is not responsible for any loss or damage of baggage. WET reserves the right to not transport dangerous goods or luggage exceeding the maximum allowance per passenger/vehicle.

Whistler Executive Transportation (WET) is dedicated to ensuring that your privacy is protected. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure we are using technology with the most powerful and secure online experience possible.
In order to complete your booking or provide you with the information that you request, it will be necessary to ask for certain personal information such as your name and address, telephone number or email address.
Whistler Executive Transportation (WET) uses your private information for booking transfers and tours with WET or any of our third party suppliers. WET will also require a credit card to make a reservation online. WET does not share your private information with other organisations.
We will only call you in regards to follow-up on a past service or with regards to an upcoming service you have booked with us.
We may also use your information to send you emails with news, deals and promos. If you do not wish to receive newsletters from us feel free to contact us at any time to have your email address removed from our mailing list or simply unsubscribe at the bottom of the newsletter.
