Bookings & Reservations
How do I book a transfer or private ride?
To book, visit our “BOOK NOW” page or contact us with your travel details (dates, pickup/drop-off locations, number of passengers and bags, preferred vehicle and flight details if necessary). We’ll provide a custom quote and help complete your reservation.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment via credit card through our website when booking, or our secure payment link if booked through email or over the phone.
Can I modify or cancel a booking?
Yes — you can modify or cancel your booking on the customer portal if you booked online, or you can contact us directly. Contact us as soon as possible if plans change. If you cancel your reservation more than 48 hours before your trip time, you will receive a full refund.
Airport Transfers
Where do I meet my driver?
International arrivals (YVR): Your driver will be in the arrivals hall after customs, holding a tablet with your name on it.
Domestic arrivals (YVR): Your driver will be near your baggage carousel, holding a tablet with your name on it.
What happens if my flight is delayed or early?
We monitor flight statuses and adjust pickup times to match your actual flight arrival. However, this is based on our availability and recommend that all travellers purchase travel insurance for unexpected changes.
How long does the drive take from Vancouver Airport to Whistler?
Typically 2–2.5 hours, depending on traffic and weather conditions.
How far in advance should I schedule my pickup before departure?
We recommend scheduling your Whistler-to-airport pickup at least 5 hours before your flight departure to allow for safe travel time.
Can I make stops (for sightseeing or shopping) during my airport transfer?
Yes! We can accommodate a stop of up to 30 minutes, complimentary, and charge an hourly rate for any stops longer than that based on the vehicle type — please request at time of booking.
Service & Vehicle Questions
What vehicles do you offer?
We provide Luxury SUVs and Mini Buses (Sprinter Vans) equipped for Sea-to-Sky travel — with room for luggage & skis, Wi-Fi (upon request), GPS tracking, winter tires, and cargo trailer options for large amounts of luggage.
Do you provide car seats for children?
Yes — we offer infant seats, child seats, and boosters for $20/seat. Please request these at the time of booking.
Is there Wi-Fi in the vehicle?
Our Premium Luxury SUVs come with Wi-Fi – please book this specific vehicle type.
What if I have extra luggage or gear (e.g., skis/bikes)?
Each vehicle type can hold up to a certain amount of luggage & skis. Cargo trailer add-ons are available for an extra fee if needed — ideal for ski, bike, or golf equipment.
Pricing & Fees
Is a gratuity for the driver included in the rate?
Yes — a standard 15% gratuity is included with your reservation. Additional tipping is at your discretion.

Chauffeur & Service Standards
Are drivers professional and knowledgeable?
Yes — all chauffeurs are qualified professionals with excellent local Sea-to-Sky experience. They’ll ensure safety, comfort, and timely travel.
What if I have special requests (e.g., multiple pickups, extra wait time)?
Special requests should be added to your booking — we’ll confirm any additional charges or arrangements in advance.
Local & Ground Transportation
Do you offer private transportation within Whistler or to nearby towns?
Yes — we provide private ground transfers anywhere in the Sea-to-Sky corridor including Whistler, Downtown Vancouver, Horseshoe Bay, Squamish, Pemberton and more.
Do you offer hourly chauffeur service?
Yes — hire a professional driver by the hour for local travel, events, or sightseeing.
Pets & Special Items
Can I travel with a pet?
Pets are welcome if transported in a guest-provided approved animal crate. We do not supply crates.
