Where do I meet my driver?
International arrivals: Your driver will greet you as you clear customs in the arrivals hall adjacent to the totem poles. He/she will carry a tablet with the guest’s name.
Domestic arrivals: Your driver will greet you near your baggage carousel. He/she will carry a tablet with the guest’s name.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Our drivers use flight tracking websites to check the status of your flight’s arrival at Vancouver Airport. If you flight is delayed or due to arrive early, our drivers will adjust their pickup time accordingly to meet you on time when your flight arrives.
How long is the drive from Vancouver Airport to Whistler?
The drive from Vancouver Airport (YVR) to Whistler is normally between 2-2.5 hours, depending on traffic. Factors such as snow, traffic or construction may result in delays.
How many hours before my flight departure should I schedule my transfer pickup in Whistler?
Whistler Executive Transportation always recommends booking your transfer at least 5 hours before your scheduled flight departure time.
Do you allow stops on the way from the airport to Whistler?
In most cases, we’re able to accommodate reasonable stops for sightseeing or food shopping during your transfer. Please mention this at the time of booking and we will be happy to work something out.
Is a gratuity for the driver included in the rate?
A 15% Gratuity is included with your reservation. If you feel your Driver has gone beyond in service quality please feel free to tip on top of the industry standard.
